Returns
- If you are not completely satisfied with your Frankie Cameron purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To process a return, please email returns@frankiecameron.com with your original order number so that we may provide you with our return shipping address.
- All items must be in their original condition and unused to be eligible for return. Please include your original receipt with returned item(s).
- Once your order is received and processed, you will receive a credit back on the original form of payment minus the shipping costs.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please ship using a traceable method. Frankie Cameron will not be responsible for return items that are not received.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed and additional time for it to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create. Please follow the return guidelines listed above and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
- If for any reason you feel you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item, please email us within three business days of receiving your merchandise.
- At that time, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping slip and will exchange your item as soon as we receive your return.
